Service Description
Clearwater Mobile Notary LLC provides compassionate hospital and rehab notary services for patients and families throughout Pinellas County and the Greater Tampa Bay area. We travel directly to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, hospice facilities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other care settings when important documents need attention. Our team understands that these appointments can happen during stressful or time-sensitive moments. We approach every bedside signing with patience, professionalism, discretion, and respect. Common appointments may involve powers of attorney, estate planning documents, healthcare directives, affidavits, and other documents requiring notarization. Professional witnesses can also be coordinated when requested and confirmed in advance. Same-day, urgent, and after-hours appointments may be available. When families need us most, we come to you.
