All documents must be complete and contain the appropriate notarial certificate prior to the appointment. We do not draft, edit, or review documents. Incomplete or improperly prepared documents may be refused, and applicable travel or service fees may still apply. All signers must sign in the presence of the notary unless the act is a lawful acknowledgment. Signers must be physically present, alert, willing, and provide valid government-issued photo identification. Notarization will be refused if a signer appears coerced, incapacitated, or unable to understand the document. Appointments must match an available time on our calendar and are not confirmed until approved. Same-day or urgent requests may incur additional fees. If documents are not ready, signers are unavailable, or the appointment cannot proceed due to client-side issues, the appointment will be treated as a completed service and travel fees will apply.
