Clearwater Mobile Notary LLC offers professional mobile wedding officiant services throughout St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater, and across Pinellas County. We specialize in elopements, simple ceremonies, and intimate weddings crafted to be meaningful, seamless, and personalized to your vision. Travel to surrounding areas, including Hillsborough County (Tampa), Manatee County (Bradenton), and Sarasota County, is available for an additional fee. We officiate weddings in a variety of beautiful settings including beaches, parks, private homes, venues, and waterfront locations. Whether you're planning a sunset beach ceremony, backyard celebration, or intimate elopement, we are here to make your experience seamless, professional, and memorable. Our mobile officiant services are ideal for couples who want a flexible, personalized ceremony in the location that matters most to them. We proudly serve St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Gulfport, Treasure Island, Largo, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, and surrounding Pinellas County areas, with travel available to nearby areas such as Tampa, Bradenton, and Sarasota. MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Couples must obtain a valid Florida marriage license prior to the ceremony and present it at the time of service. IMPORTANT – MARRIAGE LICENSE FILING: After the ceremony, the completed marriage license is typically returned to the couple. It is the couple’s responsibility to submit or mail the license to the appropriate Clerk of Court for official recording unless filing services are requested in advance. Clearwater Mobile Notary LLC is not responsible for filing or delivering the marriage license unless agreed upon prior to the appointment. Appointments booked on weekends or after business hours are subject to an additional $40 service fee. Please select the correct service when booking to avoid delays or rescheduling. Please read carefully before our appointment: Clearwater Mobile Notary LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, document preparation, or interpretation of legal rights or obligations. Our Notaries Public are commissioned by the State of Florida and perform notarial acts in accordance with Chapter 117, Florida Statutes. We do not prepare, select, or explain documents, including powers of attorney, wills, trusts, or loan documents. All documents must be complete and include the proper notarial certificate prior to the appointment. Incomplete or improper documents may be refused, and travel or service fees may still apply. Clients are responsible for ensuring documents meet all legal requirements, including witness requirements. We do not determine legal sufficiency or provide guidance on execution. THIRD-PARTY DOCUMENTS: We work with attorneys, law firms, title companies, and lenders. All documents remain the responsibility of the client or requesting party. We do not verify accuracy or provide guidance beyond the notarial act. Payment is expected to be sent within five (5) to ten (10) business days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in fees or service restrictions. FLORIDA NOTARY REQUIREMENTS: All signers must personally appear, be physically present, alert, willing, and able to understand the document. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. All signatures must be made in the presence of the notary (unless performing a lawful acknowledgment). Notarization will be refused if identity cannot be verified, the signer is not present, appears coerced, or lacks capacity. Each notarization must include a complete notarial certificate with required elements. Clients may provide witnesses or request them for an additional fee. For printing, scanning, or delivery, clients must provide accurate documents and labels. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors. Appointments are not confirmed until approved. Same-day or urgent requests may incur additional fees. If an appointment cannot proceed due to client-side issues, service and travel fees may still apply. WEDDINGS: A valid Florida marriage license must be presented at the ceremony. After the ceremony, the license is returned to the couple for submission to the Clerk of Court unless filing services are requested in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.
